OUR Story
South Agawam Storage Facility began in 1988 as a family project between Richard and Michael Palazzi, father and son. What started as a way to provide simple, affordable storage has grown into a trusted community business serving Agawam for more than three decades.
Today, the company is owned and operated by Michael, honoring his father’s legacy through honest service, fair pricing, and strong community relationships.
Though Richard passed away in 2015, his commitment to hard work and neighborly values lives on in the business.
